While we were staying at the Village, Ed completed a few projects for us and our  friends.

Installed railing on a back porch for a neighbor.

Built a rear porch for another neighbor.

Teamed with other village men to construct two wheel chair ramps on houses.

Leveled, formed and poured a 60’ x 16’ slab for the house to sit on.

Hooked up the house with water, sewer, and electric after it was leveled and tied down.

Installed Hardie Panel skirting on the house.

Mixed and poured a 4’ x 14’ slab for the front porch and steps and a 8’ x 32’ slab with 4’ x 6’ extensions on each end for the rear porch and steps. A total of 152-80# bags of concrete mix - mixed 2 at a time in a wheel barrel.

Moved and leveled 14 yards of fill dirt for slop around house. One wheel barrel at a time (5 days total).

Built the front porch for the house.

Installed a small water heater under the kitchen sink in series with the house water heater.

Installed a RO water filter system for the kitchen and refrigerator water and ice maker.

Replaced the master bath commode with a chair height elongated bowl unit.
